November Scheduling Calendar Now Available

Our November due date calendar is now available and will be included with October statements. You can view the calendars on our site (here) or download a pdf. To read the calendar, find the day that our driver will pick up the case (or the day the lab will receive the case if you are mailing it in). Next, find the restoration you are requesting and beside it you will see the date it will be returned to your office (allow two extra days if we are returning the case by mail). Any questions or recommendations? Just comment below or e-mail us (mail@carrolldentallab.com). We would love to hear your feedback!

Friday: Flood Update

To all of our clients: I'm sure you have seen coverage on the news of the historic flooding in Eastern NC. The Neuse River (across the street from our office) is continuing to rise and is expected to crest today. Most of the roads to and from the city have been closed due to flooding/wash outs. Any case work we have already received is safely located upstairs and will be resumed once the mandatory evacuation of our area has been lifted. Right now, we are monitoring the flooding. Please contact us via Facebook or via email if you have any questions (mail@carrolldentallab.com). Your thoughts and prayers would be appreciated at this time. As soon as we are able, we are hoping to return to work

Flood Effects on Lab Schedule

To all of our clients: Please note that our area is under a state of emergency due to the rising waters of the Neuse River. Evacuations of our area have begun. Any case work that we have already received is safe upstairs and will continue to be worked on by our employees as they are able to come in (many of our employees are personally impacted by the rising waters as well). We will continue to try to reach your offices on our regular schedule, but please note that there are many closed roads all of Eastern NC that make it a little more challenging to reach you. But we will not give up! If we cannot be reached quickly at 1.800.359.2455, please e-mail us or Facebook message us (mail@carrollde
